AutoEDU training equipment is based on real vehicles, their components, and systems. Another key goal of AutoEDU is sustainability and environmental protection. We strive to manufacture training equipment using renewable energy sources and materials suitable for recycling.

Since AutoEDU training equipment is built on real vehicles and their components, we use parts and systems from used cars, non-operational or accident-damaged cars. These parts are carefully refurbished and adapted for educational use. The resulting training equipment looks new and functions perfectly. We ensure that the educational functions and didactic value meet our clients’ expectations. This production approach has been employed since 2003 to provide high-quality and functional training equipment.

We are proud of our manufacturing principles and aim to develop AutoEDU products using green energy and other environmentally friendly practices.

Many clients note the high quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our equipment. Working engines are painted to highlight components, while parts on other stands are lacquered or brightly colored. Cutaway engine sections are painted to emphasize working principles. Functional models are designed in AutoEDU’s signature colors. Although based on used vehicles, they are meticulously restored to meet educational purposes and deliver their intended functions.

Our decision to adopt this manufacturing process is based on several critical reasons:

  1. Sustainability and Eco-Friendliness
  • Up to 80% of materials are recycled, and energy is sourced from renewables.
  • Our manufacturing processes use green energy, even all company vehicles are electric, powered by renewable energy sources.
  1. Legal Considerations
  • AutoEDU products are manufactured in Europe (Lithuania) and exported to nearly 100 countries worldwide. However, our partners face challenges at customs, as functional models for training purposes are sometimes classified as vehicles. This results in higher duties and taxes than for training equipment.
  • By using components from used cars, we ensure the equipment is recognized as non-roadworthy, exempting it from regulations applicable to new vehicles. For instance, airbags are removed for safety during training, and models may be rendered immobile or modified to prevent road use.
  1. Training Objectives
  • AutoEDU focuses on meeting the market’s needs by offering equipment that teaches fundamental automotive principles rather than cutting-edge technologies. This approach is tailored to vocational schools, colleges, and universities preparing students to service non-warranty vehicles currently on the road, rather than future technologies.
  • Training programs are typically short, so our equipment is designed to teach basic automotive principles effectively, enabling students to build a foundation for further independent learning.
  1. Instructor and Expert Needs
  • AutoEDU training equipment is safe and convenient for both instructors and students. It allows simulations of component failures to teach diagnostics and repair. Refurbished components help demonstrate the differences between functioning and malfunctioning parts.
  1. Value, Quality, and Aesthetics
  • AutoEDU equipment is characterized by quality, didactic value, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Restored components are carefully painted and fully operational, ensuring long-lasting and visually appealing equipment that enhances the training process.
  • Working engines are painted in bright colors to highlight components, and cutaway sections are lacquered to make working principles easily understandable. Functional models based on refurbished vehicles combine affordability with the functionality of new vehicles.
  1. Attracting More Students
  • Educational institutions face stiff competition to attract students. Using AutoEDU training stands makes the learning process more engaging, safer, and clearer than traditional training on vehicles.
  • AutoEDU’s training stands allow students to learn basic automotive principles in an accessible and immersive way. The equipment is based on familiar vehicle models, bridging the gap between learning and future careers.

AutoEDU is proud of its sustainable manufacturing principles and remains committed to developing modern, relevant automotive training solutions that combine high technological quality, didactic value, functionality, and environmental responsibility.
